Settlement between Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad, Muhammad ‘Ali, son the late Muhammad Riza, and Fatimah Khanum, daughter of the late Muhammad Riza, all from Varnusfadiran village, and Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village, exchanging a piece of land located at Muzaffari Farvand in Dashtandah plain, for fifty tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause.

Settlement between Agha Baygum, daughter of the late Muhammad Rahim, and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Kazim, exchanging four-sixths of a mill called Aqa Muhammad Rahim Mill, which includes two millstones, for six hundred and sixty tumans and six thousand dinars. Zivar Sultan and Khan‘ali Khan, children of Agha Baygum and the late Haji Riza Khan, then settled their own share of this mill with Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, who paid eight hundred and eighty-nine tumans in total for Agha Baygum's shares and those of her children. Settlement between Fatimah Nisa’, daughter of the late Mirza Baba, niece of Muhammad Riza Karkaraq from Isfahan, and ʻAli Akbar, son of Muhammad Husayn the merchant from Isfahan, exchanging some land in Jay in Isfahan for one hundred dinars and one hundred mans [unit of weight] of wheat.

Haji Khan [Aqa Habib?], son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, and Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza from the same village, have exchanged two jaribs [unit of area] of land in Kushk village for half a jarib of land in the Muzaffari region and set one tuman and forty misqals of wheat for the detriment clause.

Settlement between Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza, and Muhammad ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Riza from Varnusfadiran, and Haj Muhammad Riza Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land for thirteen tumans, one qiran, and five shahis and set the payment of one hundred dinars and forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat as a condition in case of detriment. Khavar Sultan, wife of Aqa Haydar ‘Ali and mother of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, has confirmed and signed this settlement. On verso: "settlement belongs to Haji Khan."

Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."

Settlement between Fatimah Nisa’ and Muhammad Hashim, 1901
Settlement, dated October 29, 1901, between Fatimah Nisa’, daughter of the late Baba Khan from Khuzan, and Muhammad Hashim, son of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah, exchanging some properties in Shams Abad for forty tumans. Fatimah Nisa’ then waived all of her rights for four tumans and some wheat. On verso: on April 4, 1921, ‘Abd Allah, son of the late Muhammad Hashim, settled this property with his uncle, Haj Asad Allah, to pay the costs of ta‘ziyah for the late Muhammad Hashim.
